    Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional, 160°C fan and lightly grease a baking tin with cooking spray.

    Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and well combined.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.

    Leave to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp black treacle

  • 50g reduced-fat spread

  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
